Refund & Returns Policy

At meshkisd, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or personal hygiene products (e.g., face coverings, intimate headwear) cannot be returned unless defective

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you selected Fast Shipping (€16.00 / $16.00), this cost will not be refunded.
  • For Standard Shipping:
    • Orders under $70: $8.00 will not be refunded
    • Orders over $70: If your refund causes the total order value to drop below $70, the $8.00 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
